Die Kunstp\u00e4dagogik braucht die Kunst,
\n<\/strong>aber die Kunst braucht keine Kunstp\u00e4dagogik.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Jeder Mensch hat seine eigene \u00c4sthetik, seine eigenen Wahrnehmungen und Empfindungen. Diese m\u00fcssen einem nicht durch Erziehung beigebracht werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kinder, Sch\u00fclerInnen und Studierende brauchen keine wertende Gestaltungsp\u00e4dagogik unter dem Deckmantel der Kunst.<\/p>\n

Kunst ist ein Freiraum, ein Schutzraum, ein M\u00f6glichkeitsraum.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every human being has their own aesthetic, their own perceptions and sensations. These do not have to be taught through education.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ein kooperatives Buchprojekt<\/em><\/p>\n

Sch\u00fcler und Studierende haben ein einforderbares Recht, nach rechtsstaatlichen Ma\u00dfst\u00e4ben behandelt zu werden. Das hei\u00dft, die Kriterien f\u00fcr ihre Beurteilung von staatlicher Seite m\u00fcssen transparent, nachvollziehbar und willk\u00fcrfrei angewendet werden. Der Staat hat dementsprechend eine Verantwortung bei der Wahrnehmung seines Ausbildungsauftrags in der Kunstausbildung. Er hat die Aufgabe, Wissenschafts-, Kunst- und Berufszugangsfreiheit in einen Ausgleich zu bringen. Wertungskriterien m\u00fcssen nachvollziehbar und transparent sein und bei der Bewertung der Sch\u00fcler und Studierenden willk\u00fcr- und diskriminierungsfrei angewandt werden. Jeder Sch\u00fcler und Studierende muss die Chance erhalten, diese erf\u00fcllen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Pupils and students have an enforceable right to be treated in accordance with the principles of the rule of law. It has the task of bringing the freedom of science, the freedom of art, and the freedom of access to a profession into balance. Kunstfreiheit<\/strong> ist ein Grundrecht\u00a0und in Deutschland gesch\u00fctzt durch Art.\u00a05<\/span> Abs.\u00a03 Grundgesetz (GG).
\nGrundinhalt nach deutschem Recht<\/span><\/p>\n

Gesch\u00fctzt sind die k\u00fcnstlerische Bet\u00e4tigung und die Darbietung und Verbreitung des Kunstwerks; der so genannte Werkbereich und der Wirkbereich. Die Kunstfreiheit enth\u00e4lt das Verbot, auf Methoden, Inhalte und Tendenzen der k\u00fcnstlerischen T\u00e4tigkeiten einzuwirken, insbesondere den k\u00fcnstlerischen Gestaltungsraum einzuengen oder allgemein verbindliche Regelungen f\u00fcr diesen Schaffungsprozess vorzuschreiben.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dabei wird heute von der Rechtsprechung und der Rechtswissenschaft ein \u201eoffener\u201c Kunstbegriff<\/strong> vertreten. Kunst ist also nicht nur in den traditionellen Formen wie Literatur, Malerei, Musik etc. existent, sondern ist gekennzeichnet durch einen subjektiven sch\u00f6pferischen Prozess, dessen Ergebnis vielf\u00e4ltige Interpretationsm\u00f6glichkeiten zul\u00e4sst. Verst\u00e4ndlicher: Kunst ist das, was der K\u00fcnstler als Kunst bezeichnet, wenn auch andere m\u00f6glicherweise dar\u00fcber streiten, ob es Kunst ist. In der Literatur wird allerdings auch der materielle und der formelle Kunstbegriff vertreten……

Die Schminkintervention mit den KUWIS findet am Dienstag von 15.45 bis 17.15 Uhr<\/strong> vor dem Haupteingang (H\u00f6rsaal 1) der Universit\u00e4t Augsburg statt.<\/span> *<\/span>Wurde aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen und der starken Sonneneinstrahlung verschoben (36 Grad in der Sonne).<\/span>
